Small plane crashes into office building in Austin, Texas

The small plane (N2889D) crash into a seven story office building occurred around 10am Central Time at 9420 Research Blvd in Austin, Texas. News 8 Austin reports that the Piper Cherokee hit a vehicle before crashing into the building.
Initial reports were that the FBI had offices in the building, but the FBI later reported that their offices are adjacent to the affected building. The IRS has reported that they do have some offices in the affected building.
Austin-Bergstrom International (KAUS) airport is 15 miles South of the crash site. Georgetown (KGTU) airport is 20 miles North of the crash site.
The FBI spokesman also told Fox News that as of 10:30 a.m. local time. there was nothing to indicate that this targeted the FBI or that the crash was terrorism-related, but FAA officials reported the crash as a criminal act.
Officials are reporting that the aircraft belonged to Joseph Andrew Stack.
