I posted a pic from the same location. This is SO much better. Congrats. Take the flight and try to get the center front row seat for the ride of your life!!
Winair, the operator of this Twin Otter, also have the permission to operate in and out of the shortest commercial airport in the world, Juancho E. Yrausquin Airport (IATA: SAB, ICAO: TNCS)only 396 meters (1,299 ft) long on Saba island in the Caribbean. Permission was obtained from the Netherlands Antilles' Civil Aviation Authority However, Saba became a special municipality within the country of the Netherlands after the dissolution of the Netherlands Antilles on 10 October 2010. I am unable to say who now grants this permission, but I assume Winair (http://www.fly-winair.sx/)does and is still operating a service according to its own website. It should be noted that the airstrip is marked as closed by means of a white diagonal cross at each end of the runway which I assume is the reason permission to use the airport is required.
