Construction of Pad-3, TWY Kilo-1, and TWY Quebec was just completed and this was the first POTUS/VPOTUS event on the pad on 31 Oct 2010. In addition, this was a historic day in that it was the first time the POTUS and VPOTUS both came to Cleveland at the same time.
