Balancing Airbus and Boeing and maintaining flexibility
I guess when you're a communist government with one of the lowest standards of living in the world, you can afford to buy toys like this. Although, to be fair, Delta Airlines shareholders own 3.5% of the stock. But communist bureaucrats run the airline like they run everything else. Profit-loss doesn't matter--the "people" will pay the bills, regardless.
Hmm could be to bring the whole nation into this century too. With change could bring better conditions to all people.
