Might be nice if they could certify sell and deliver one since they have neutered the rest of the company for this tribute to the bygone management that decided to wade in the deep end of the pool with short legs and a limited ability to swim.
Yeh, they got some orders out there but ain't no money changed hands to make them firm yet. Bygone management put the new group in position to go with it instead of scrapping it. That possibility was raised a year or 2 back and a Bombardier employee said that it would succeed where nothing else would
