Spies In The Skies: Here’s Where FBI Planes Are Circling U.S. Cities

Guess is the key word there.

If I may with kindness in my heart tell you how much I despise that frame of thought. The idea that "if you are not doing anything wrong then there is nothing to worry about" is a dangerous precedent. The governments job is to protect the general population, i get that. My question is, who in the government decides what is right and wrong, and what if one day something that you think is right is deemed wrong. As Thomas Jefferson said, anyone who trades liberty for security deserves neither liberty or security. I think the use of our airspace for general surveillance on our population leads to nothing good. The data collected far exceeds the bounds of any investigation that the flights are supposedly intended for. Buzzfeed is actually acting like a reporter here which is hard for even me to swallow, and reporting something that all of us as the general population should be made aware of and should definitely be questioning.
