I, too learned to fly in a C-150. At Clark AFB in 1968. I wish I had not stopped flying in 1974.

Good docil aircraft, ideal for basic training. I Learned to fly on it, spent thousends of hours as an instructor on it. Siomply love the old one fifty. It teaches one to acquire the "seat of the pants" feeling. Better than the modern glas cockpit autopilot jobs around there.
