Can anyone identify the device just behind the nose gear? Is it FLIR or other type of camera? What do these guys do with it?

@chugheeset Sure looks like FLIR to me. Skyline is a defense contractor in The Netherlands, similar to those in the U.S. they probably play adversarial roles in military exercises. Website: https://aec-skyline.com/
