I remember seeing them in 1990 while stationed at Mildenhall.I saw them quite frequently through out the '90's while in Europe. That is an old paint scheme I don't think the RAF use. Most of the ones I had seen were painted in a sand color. They were also with us during Desert Shield/Storm. I think they called their operation Shifting Sands.
