This photo was snapped just over a month ago when Cruz was making a campaign stop here prior to the Nevada Republican caucus.

I've always wondered who charters these guys. Here at KPVU, we always get neat corporate and charters stop in. Recently, a Via Air ERJ on our ramp, had never seen them before. Cool livery and callsign, thought.

Nice shot! 5 *

Is the callsign "Stingray" the carrier's callsign or that of the Secret Service for their protectorates?

Devin, thank you for the compli.
Jim, it's SRY's callsign.
Taylor, I'm not certain but I believe Ted C is still using SRY as he continues campaigning. FA's tracking (below the comments) only shows N824HK until Feb 2nd, and I know it was here and at another Cruz campaign stop location after Feb 2nd.

On his head I trust!

"Stingray" is the actual callsign. I flew with Via this summer and when I ran the radios it was "Stingray" and we were just a regular commercial flight. It's a great callsign and airline!

I believe Stingray is Embraer EMB-120 Brasilias as well
