Italia's new national carrier ITA to begin operations in 2021

The Alitalia brand will continue to be written on the fuselages, just like the green-white-red "A"s on the tails. The name ITA will not replace Alitalia: it is the new state-owned company that will acquire the "good" assests of Alitalia and try to make it start anew.
I was afraid they would change the name of the airline; ITA being ugly on a fuselage.
Very Interesting , Alitalia has been around for many years transporting migrants to Australia to and throw for holidays back the days . Italia hope you can do the same what colour livery would be used to Jazz it up for the modern day customer .
Miss those days flying on Alitalia, and it's other regionals such as ATI and Aero Medditeraneo. (sp) All those flights in the 80's and mid 90's. Dozens in and out of all the major airports on the mainland and Sicily and Sardinia.
Finally a man after my own heart. I also loved flying Alitalia. I really enjoyed the island of Sardinia.
Then you must have flown on the Sardinian airline, Meridiana. Flew many times in and out of Olbia.
I hope that this new brand will change the situation within the former Alitalia staff. There have been too many political steps, those who always lose out are the members and flight operators, good and professional peoples
