I really hope that more airlines go public with this type of action to recover the costs they incur as a result of passengers acting up.
Good on Avianca. Perhaps if more airlines followed suit, and sued for huge amounts, folks would get the message to stop being idiots on a flight.

It was but a news report is to be without opinion. Its was perfect up to that point!
Sad that as of late, some FlightAware commenters spend more time critiquing squawk submissions rather than discussing aviation. It's usually those who never contribute otherwise that make the most noise. I'd say if you don't like what you see, do your part and submit links you deem appropriate.
