That must mean Southwest ""penalizes" customers!!
Mass transit has very few stars even in the airline world. Seems to be a continual downward spiral afer they have to deal with all classes of society.
Yet again proving that the airline industry as a whole is the most customer unfriendly in existence.
Garbage like this is WHY the Government needs to regulate .. No doubt, they probably never paid "a travel agent comission" either .. No problem here, I won't fly them.
