Thanks for letting us know. Looking forward to upgrading next week after getting back from a couple of trips. I'll probably just pick up another SD card for the installation. That way I can go back to a working installation if I mess something up. Keep up the great work!

I lost my WebUI again and look and found a messaage that I could removed teh feeder since it had been inactive for a while. On the same page it told me it had reported less than 1 min ago showing my ip both public and internal?

When you rebooted the Pi, did DHCP give it a new IP address ?

PiAware 3.1 Error Report. Getting Disk Full under Anomalies on the statistics section the flightaware website.

I have a 30GB SD card in it.

I have not seen this error message before.

The site suggests to expand drive, which i did to no avail.

Yes, I rebooted.

No, there are no other programs on the Pi

Complete error message below:

Anomaly report for PiAware feeder with a MAC address of "XXXXXXXXXX"
Your SD card's '/' partition is at 91% of capacity. If you haven't done so, consider running 'sudo raspi-config', pick option 1 to expand its filesystem to occupy the entire SD card. Alternatively it may need a bigger SD card.

It doesn't sound like you are using the standard sd card image installation. Please post in the ADS-B discussion forum with more details on how you are installing the Pi.

Used the auto update feature from the website to go from 3.04 to 3.1. No issues with 3.04.

I still don't see the map when I look locally on my system. Did I miss another change?

Click on the "Blue Square" and click Norad. If you do not have that... Manually Clear your browser cache and reload the page manually and that should set you up correctly. that is what I had tod o.

That didn't work. Thanks

What is the version number in the upper left corner. Should be V3.1.0, If it is not, you do not have the correct version. From the command to update everything... Your bandwidth will determine how long it takes to accomplish the update.

I don't see anything in the upper left, something about a javascript error. This shows up on any device I use. Using putty and logging in the piaware -v gives me 3.1.0.

Sir, looking at your squawk history I see many questionable non-related statements. Please don't try and argue that all your down-voted squawks are in fact "legitimate technical discussion". If I were in your position I probably wouldn't be trying to attract administrators right now...

I am not sure what you are looking at... But there is nothing on the left or right side of my screen... .Blank on both sides. Could it be an advertisement? if so that was put there by FA. Look at my screen and see if that is what you are looking at: http://savannahgroup.site.nfoservers.com/Resize%20of%20FA_screen.jpg

Keep in mind that the Thumbs up/down is to show that people either Like/Approve or Dislike/NotApprove. FA has gone further to say that if 10 people do not like it they remove it from view. You can still view a down voted comment by clicking on it unless the Admin's/Moderators determine the post not to be appropriate for general viewing.

From time to time I have downvoted comments that were either off topic, demeaning, or other wise undesirable. Keep in mind that face book and other sites have been doing this for a very long time. and keep in mind that it is a form of Free Speech.

I have been active with Flightaware for over 7 years now, and this feature has been their at least that long!

I am sure you disagree, but am unsure about which you do not understand.

With which ISP protocols do you feel FA is failing to comply?

Downvoting a comment is not censoring it. It merely reduces the comment's immediate audience. Freedom of speech does not grant a right to an audience. Anyone can select to display the downvoted comment.

You stated:
YOU PROMISED ME YOU WOULD REVIEW 'THREADS' WHERE PEOPLE ARE ATTEMPTING TO INTERFERE WITH LEGIT. AVIATION TECHNICAL DISCUSSIONS.

This was posed to FA moderators, and I assume it refers to an offline dialog you had with FA the last time your account was suspended. I looked at some of your posts that were downvoted beyond -10 and did not find any that were, in my opinion, 'legit. technical discussions'. Can you point to one that, in your opinion was a 'technical discussion'?

In another thread, you appeared to object to being referred to as 'Peter', 'Pete', or 'Dude'. You stated your preference as ' First of all, my first name is reserved for my friends. ... My last name is "SIR"...my middle name is "HARTMANN"...and my first name is 'MISTER".'.

That you refer the Sparkie624 as 'sparkie' appears to assume a familiarity not obvious or an assumed superiority which allows you to talk down to him. It does not seem that you provide him the respect you seem to demand. I suspect it the former as you also said ' take your own situation - in which you, to show your "expertise" fabricated a non-existent instrument approach procedure to a non-existent airport. I understand my correction probably embarssed you amongst your "friends" in here.'

I find that derogatory and an attempt to demean your target. I say that as I researched your original assertion of that in a post months ago. Sparkie624 referred to University Park Airport (State College, PA) by its IATA designation of SCE which has an ICAO designation of KUNV. Your assertion that the airport is nonexistent is false, I have advised you of this previously yet you persist in espousing this fictional slur on Sparkie624's reputation. Hopefully this will put and end to that erroneous information.

Well over a year ago I suggested that, if you were dissatisfied with the services on this website that you could create your own and limit it to those persons who fit your definition of 'appropriate participants'. I cordially reiterate that suggestion.

I am gladdened that you are interested in expanding your horizons. May I suggest an information source that was not available during our formative years and when you were in law school.

If you type www.google.com into your browser and enter the terms for which you wish to search, you will find a plethora of information. Some of it is even of value.

I will close out and get back to updating my rPi computers to piaware 3.1, the original subject of this squawk.

A simple google search of "SCE Airport" would have saved you much embarrassment and countless hours of online rants about sparkie.

The only useful contribution you have made lately is:

"Again, it is now obvious to me there is a whole world of aviation out there that I am ignorant of."

Instead of quoting Hamlet I'm going to quote another wise philosopher.

"You have two ears and one mouth for a reason. Listening is more important than talking"

IATA has nothing to do whatsoever with ICAO or the "FISDO" as you refer to it as, or even the FAR's. What does the "I" in FISDO stand for? If I could post pictures I could post 4 instrument approach procedures and 1 airport diagram to an airport clearly marked SCE or State College PA University Park airport.

And I'm not an airline pilot, no interest in it. Just ain't my thing.

Other examples that come to mind are DSI, NAS, and TCB.
