What happened to British airways BA and Heathrow. Where did they come in the ratings.
Janice - BA came in position 21, while Heathrow only got position 80
What a load of rubbish, who compiled it how was it compiled, what was the criteria, which airports and airlines were included/excluded, what weighting used, it seems like another load of irrelevant twaddle!
Pat - I assume you make those profound statements based on the article published (the squawk), and not actually going to read the source material? Why not go take a read, then comment again.

Just looked at these. For the airport rankings it says the data was taken from analysis conducted on twitter!! It doesn't say whether people were approached with specific questions or if they just reviewed comments. No detailed analysis given or the opportunity to compare responses. Therefore I'm with pat prendergast -rubbish.
