The cited registration number is incorrect. The correct number is USAF serial number 08-8192. U.S. military aircraft do not carry a civil "N" number designation.
Paul... that "N" number is likely due to FA's data entry system. Unless the full number of USAF s/n digits are entered, FA automatically inserts the "N".
