This T-38 is from Holloman AFB in New Mexico.

Sam, as far as I can determine this is Talon remains a T-38A. However, it might have been converted to a "C" model. I'm seeing the AT-38B models flying with "HT" tailcodes from Holloman AFB. Could be this is a T-38B model with "HO" tailcodes.
