it's actually an AgustaWestland AW139. Bell had a very small investment in this program years ago but pulled out in the early stages of the development

Even your own (US) FAA register shows it as an AgustaWestland Philadelphia AW139 so in who's world is it becoming a Bell-Agusta AB-139. Dream on - Ignorance is Bliss
