Lockheed P-2 Neptune —

This is a really interesting historical photo of an early Lockheed P2V-7 doing low level photo recon of a merchant ship. Another one of its primary missions. For those old enough to remember the Cuban Missile Crisis, there is some incredible film footage of Soviet ships with missiles on their decks with the shot taken looking up at the crates. Those were taken from the rear window of a P-2 that was flying just feet off the water.
