SP-AIN —
EGBV is Silverstone, England. Type is Antonov An-2. Photo taken on 18AUG2009. c/n 1G210-27. Melissa Pemberton poses in front of the AN-2 prior to commencement of the World Aerobatic Championships (WAC) 2009. Melissa, who is also known under her maiden name of Andrzejewski, was granted a 'hors concours' (H/C), which basically meant she was in the Championships as a non-competitive entry. However, despite being so young, she did very well and would have finished 36th out of a total entry of 59 had she been competing. She used Extra 300S N600YS which was also used by Norbert Werle of the German team and Gabi Schifferle of the Swiss team. Operated by Unlimited Aerobatics - Grupo Albión.
