Interjet grounds 11 SSJ100s following inspections

This Mexican airline bought the 22 Sukhoi SSJ100s for half a song as the Russian maker was desperate to recover the enormous expense gone into the engineering design, tooling, manufacturing, etc. Hope they won't regret or who knows perhaps there is a escape-clause in the PO allowing the return to builder if the planes give too much trouble.
So much for Russia saying their aircraft are superior to western ones.....
Never have been or will ever be. Had to equip the 225 with western electronics so it could fly again when put back into service.
Another thing about the 225 it has smaller engines than the west uses on there jumbo AC.

Superior problems more like!
I spent a week chasing them around the world by phone before I finally gave up and blocked all of their numbers on my smartphone - I asked myself, if they are THIS BAD in sales, just HOW BAD would they be in after-sales service?
Looking back, I realise I am far better off not dealing with them at all. Sukhoi has MASSIVE debt at several Russian banks and seem unable to get rid of their airplanes without stooping to shady deals - such as helping management buy out their airline so they can stuff it with SSJs.
Little wonder that Mexico is the only country outside Russia where they have been able to sell more than 5 aircraft at a time. And now THEY are all grounded.
