Video has actually been around for 4 years, was originally posted on liveleak.

For those who were unfamiliar with the crash, aircraft as stated were taking part in annual air parade in Tehran.

Aircraft an IL-76MD "Simorgh" the only one in the Iranian Air Force fleet (and seized from Iraq during Iraq/Iran war) had reported an engine fire and was in a emergency decent for a landing at Tehran-Mehrabad Airport (THR) runway 29L.

During the steep decent, the radar dome detached, striking the tail, and sending the aircraft out of control. All 7 crew fatal, no one on the ground hurt.

Just to add - really crappy reporting from RT - when the story was first reported in Sept 22 2009 - it was reported as a mid air - as per video - however since that time, it was reported that there was no mid-air or other aircraft involved.
